Kastle
Situated
inside Newnan Utilities' Carl Miller Park is the Kid's Kastle
Park. Built in 1998 by local volunteers and funded through local
donations, the 32,000 square foot playground features wooden climbing
areas, several swings, assorted bridges, tunnels, forts, playhouses,
cars, boats, trucks and airplanes for kids to play in, on and
around.
The playground even offers xylophones and wooden drums for the
musically inclined. A brick walkway leads up to the entrance,
with names of sponsors engraved on each brick. Playground operating
hours coincide with those set for Newnan Utilities' Carl
Miller Park.
